He is currently a director of each of Tian Jin CMT Industry Company Limited, Suzhou CMS Machinery Company Limited, CMW Industry Company Ltd. and Suzhou CMB Machinery Co., Limited, all are whollyowned subsidiaries of the Company. He is also the vice chairman of CMP, a director of CMJ, a 83.3% subsidiary of CMP and a director of CMAI.
