Mr. Allan Leslie Leighton was Second Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pandora AS since March 18, 2015. He is also Member of the Company Remuneration Committee. He served as Chairman of the Executive Board, President and Chief Executive Officer from July 1, 2013 until March 1, 2015 at the Company. Before that, he was Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from September 8, 2010 until July 1, 2013. Additionally to his current duties at Pandora, he serves as Chairman of the CoOperative Group and Chairman of Entertainment One plc, Element Materials Technology Group Ltd., Wagamama Ltd. and the Canal and River Trust. He attended Harvard Universitys Advanced Management Program. He has an Honorary Degree from Cranfield University and an Honorary Fellowship from the University of Lancashire. since 2015.
