Mr. James Kevin Kamsickas is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company effective August 11, 2015. Prior to his current position, Mr. Kamsickas served as President, Chief Executive Officer of International Automotive Components Group, S.A., a leading global supplier of automotive interior components and systems from April 2012 to August 2015. From January 2011 to April 2012, Mr. Kamsickas served as IACs Global CoChief Executive Officer and President of North America and Asia. Finally, he served as IACs President and Chief Executive Officer of North AmericaAsia from April 2007 to December 2010. Mr. Kamsickas served as a member of IACs Board of Directors during each of these periods. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at Lear Corporation in numerous domestic and international positions, ultimately as leader of its Interior Systems Division. Mr. Kamsickas was a member of the United States Presidents Manufacturing Jobs Initiative committee since 2015.
