Mr. Keating served as Chief Executive Officer of Accuride from April 2002 to December 2006 and was President of Accuride from April 2002 to December 2005. He served on the board of A. M. Castle Co. Mr. Keating is currently a board member of Chart Industries, Inc. since 2008.
