Mr. Warmenhoven previously served on the board of directors of Aruba Networks, a vendor of data networking solutions. Mr. Warmenhoven holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University. Mr. Warmenhoven was selected to serve on our board of directors because of his extensive experience in the technology industry and his public company management and board experience. since 2012.
