Mr. Lu was selected as one of the Top 100 Talents Program in social science theories in Beijing in 2001, one of the New Century Excellent Scholarship Program of the Ministry of Education of the PRC in 2005, one of the first group candidates for the National Accounting Training Project in the Full Record of Leading Talent of the Ministry of Finance in 2013 and one of the Specially Appointed Professor of Chang Jiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education in 2014
