Ms. Sheila A. Stamps is an Independent Director of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. She currently serves as a Director of CIT Group, Inc. and CIT Bank N.A. a Director of IES Abroad, and from 20142018 as Commissioner and Audit Committee Chair of the New York State Insurance Fund since 2017.
