Mr. Denis Duverne is no longer Director of General Partner of the Company, effective April 1, 2019. He was elected a director of AB in February 1996. On September 1, 2016, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of AXA after having served as Deputy CEO of AXA and a member of the Board of Directors of AXA since April 2010, when AXA changed its governance structure. Mr. Duverne was a member of the AXA Management Board from February 2003 through April 2010. He was CFO of AXA from May 2003 through December 2009. From January 2000 to May 2003, Mr. Duverne served as Group Executive Vice PresidentFinance, Control and Strategy. Mr. Duverne joined AXA as Senior Vice President in 1995. since 1996.
