He has served as Member of the Nomination Committee of the Company since January 1, 2018. He is a cofounder of 3G Capital, a global investment firm with offices in New York and Rio de Janeiro. Mr. Behring was appointed as Chairman of Restaurant Brands International since 3G Capitals acquisition of Burger King in October 2010 and following Burger Kings subsequent acquisition of Tim Hortons in December 2014 since 2014.
