President
Mr. Steve Wisely has served as Executive Vice President Northern Hemisphere and Life of Field of Subsea 7 S.A. since January 1, 2015. He was Executive Vice President, Commercial at the Company from January 2010 until January 1, 2015. He started his career in the oil and gas industry with Wharton Williams in Aberdeen in 1987. Since then he has held a number of commercial and operational positions with Subsea 7 and its predecessor companies in the United Kingdom and overseas, including Norway and Singapore. In 1997, he was appointed Vice President Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. He returned to the United Kingdom in 2006 as Vice President UK and then Vice President Global Business Acquisition. During 2009, he spent a further period in Asia Pacific before taking up his current role. He holds a degree in Quantity Surveying from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. since 2015.

Subsea 7 SA Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Subsea 7's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Subsea 7 inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Subsea. The board's role is to monitor Subsea 7's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
