Mr. Thomas A. Ritter serves as a Director of the Company. He is also a Director of the Bank. He is no longer President, Chief Executive Officer of ACNB Corporationrationration, with effect from May 5, 2017. He served as Executive Vice President of the Corporation and ACNB Bank from January 1, 2000, until December 31, 2000. Effective January 1, 2001, he became President of the Corporation and President Chief Executive Officer of ACNB Bank. Effective December 31, 2003, Mr. Ritter became the Corporation Chief Executive Officer. Effective September 1, 2015, he relinquished his position as President of ACNB Bank with the appointment of his successor as part of the Corporation and ACNB Bank longterm succession planning. He was a member of both the Corporation and ACNB Bank Boards of Directors since 2001. He was a member of Russell Insurance Group, Inc. Board of Directors and has served as Chairman of the Board since 2005. Mr. Ritter had previously served as a member of both the Corporation and ACNB Bank Boards of Directors from 1997 until his resignation from each Board in December 1999. From 1986 until December 1999, Mr. Ritter was an insurance agent in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Ritter more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 13 years as the Corporation Chief Executive Officer, provides him with unique insights into the Corporation challenges, strategic goals, and operations. since 2017.
