In the past five years, Mr. Durham has served on the boards of the following public companies: AGL Resources ; NWA, Inc. ; and Bombardier, Inc., a Canadian corporation publicly traded in Canada on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is also a director and audit committee member of Travel Ad Network and a director and chairman of the audit committees of Culligan International and SCI Solutions, all privately held companies
Durham serves on the board of visitors of the University Medical Center in Dallas. He holds a master?s degree in business administration from Cornell University and a bachelor?s degree in economics from the University of Rochester.
