From September 1997 to January 2017, he shared the position of Chairman with Dr. Geschke. Dr. Warnock served as our Chief Executive Officer from 1982 until December 2000. From December 2000 until his retirement in March 2001, Dr. Warnock served as our Chief Technical Officer. Dr. Warnock currently serves as Chairman of the board of Salon Media Group since 2017.
