Mr. Gilles Arditti was Executive VicePresident Investor Relations Financial Communication, Member of the Executive Committee at Atos SE since March 2014. Prior to that, he was Executive VicePresident Investor Relations Financial Communication at the Company from 2007. After six years at Bull and four years at KPMG, he joined Atos in 1990, where until 2006 he was, successively, Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, Director of Finance and Human Resources for Atos Origin in France, and CFO for France, Germany and Central Europe. In 2007, Gilles Arditti became head of Investors Relation Financial Communication for the Atos Group, a position he is still holding. In March 2014, he was appointed Group head of MA and Member of the Executive Committee. Since June 2014, Mr. Arditti is member of the Board of Directors of Worldline. Holding a master degree in Finance from the University ParisDauphine and a master degree in International Finance from HEC Paris, Mr. Arditti is also a graduate from the engineer school Ecole Nationale Superieure de Techniques Industrielles et des Mines dAles and is a Certified Public Accountant . since 2014.
