Mr. Federico Vione was appointed Member of the Executive Committee, Regional Head of North America, UK Ireland, Adecco and Pontoon, Regional Head of Latam of Adecco Group Inc. effective as of January 1, 2019. He was Regional Head of North America, UK Ireland, Adecco and Pontoon since April 1, 2017. He was Chief Sales Innovation Officer from October 2015 to March 2017 Regional Head of Italy, Eastern Europe India from September 2011 to September 2015, and Regional Head of Italy Eastern Europe from October 2009 to August 2011. Mr. Vione graduated in economics from Universita degli Studi G. DAnnunzio Chieti Pescara. He joined Adecco in 1999 as Branch Manager and was subsequently appointed Manager of the AbruzzoMolise area. In 2001, he became the National Key Account Manager for the Chemical and Pharma sector, and subsequently for the LargeScale Trade sector. In 2002, he was appointed General Manager of the Professional Staffing business Ajilon S.r.l., and in 2004 he became General Manager of Ajilon Switzerland. In 2005, Mr. Vione was appointed Project Leader Global Account Management Adecco Group and subsequently Head of Eastern Europe. In January 2009, he was appointed Country Manager Adecco Italy. Mr. Vione was Vice President of Assolavoro, Italy, between 2010 and 2012. since 2019.

Adecco Group Leadership Team
