Mr. Wesley W. Powell is Executive Vice President, Redevelopment of the company. In addition to redevelopment activities nationally, Mr. Powell has responsibility for Aimcos acquisition activities in the eastern region. From August 2013 to January 2018, Mr. Powell served as Senior Vice President, Redevelopment with responsibility for the eastern region. Since joining Aimco in January 2004, Mr. Powell has held various positions, including Asset Manager, Director and Vice President of Redevelopment. Prior to joining Aimco, Mr. Powell was a Staff Architect with Ai Architecture in Washington, D.C. since 2018.
