Mr. Patrick Macellaro is President of the Encompass Insurance Companies of the Company. He has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and finance industry. He originally joined Allstate in 1995 and returned in 2003 after several years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. During his Allstate career, he held various roles in the Finance and Product organizations supporting both home office and agency operations. Macellaro joined Investor Relations in 2013 and developed positive relationships with the investor community. Promoted to vice president in 2015, Macellaro has managed Allstate relationship with Wall Street by regularly communicating with analysts and investors to clearly articulate the company position, strategy and financial performance. His financial acumen, relationship building and strategic thinking, as well as his experience in driving longterm success, prepared him well to lead Encompass, which provides insurance solutions to mass affluent consumers through independent agencies. Macellaro earned his bachelor degree in accounting from St. Joseph College, Long Island, New Yorkand an MBA from the University of Illinoisat Chicago. since 2016.
