Mr. J. Michael Edenfield is the Director of the Company. Mr. Edenfield is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of American Software, Inc. He has taken a medical leave of absence from the Company. Mr. Edenfield is our President and Chief Executive Officer, positions he has held since May 2013. Mr. Edenfield has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Logility, Inc., a whollyowned subsidiary of the Company, since January 1997. Mr. Edenfield has served as Executive Vice President of the Company from June 1994 to May 2013, and since August 2009 he also has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. From May 1987 to June 1994, Mr. Edenfield served in various positions with American Software USA, Inc., a whollyowned subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Edenfield holds a Bachelor of Industrial Management degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology since 2017.
