Mr. Edward McDaid is no longer as Chief Executive Officer Executive Director of the Company effective 31st October 2016. He served as NonExecutive Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant and one of the cofounders of AorTech in 1992. Until the year 2002 Eddie had served as Chief Executive and latterly Chairman of the company. Eddie rejoined the Board of AorTech as nonexecutive director in 2005. Prior to 1992 Eddie worked in firms of Chartered Accountants latterly as partner in PKF Chartered Accountants and finally as partner in McDaid Partners Chartered Accountants a firm he founded. Eddie was also one of the cofounders of Park Lane property group and served as Chief Executive of that group for a number of years. In addition Eddie currently holds a role as nonexecutive director of several Park Lane Investments Scotland Ltd companies which are private companies involved in property and land development. since 2013.
