Prior to joining Davis Polk, Mr. Kelly was a senior officer of a major investment banking firm, the chief legal officer of a New York Stock Exchange listed corporation and a partner involved in management of two other law firms since 2016.

Kelly graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History from Yale University and received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law where he served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Columbia Law Review.
