From June 2009 to September 2011, he served as Chief of Staff under Christine Lagarde, Frances Minister for the Economy, Finance and Employment. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air France from 2011 to 2013, then in July 2016 became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air FranceKLM. He was also Member of Vivendis Supervisory Board from 2013 to 2017. since 2018.
