Mr. Williams past directorships include Drug Royalty Corporation Inc. which specializes in medical devices and pharmaceutical products Equisure Financial Inc., a company involved in general and life insurance as well as financial planning and Duff Phelps LLC, a NASDAQ listed company with interest in middle market mergers and acquisitions since 2004.
