Mr. Juba J. A. Mashaba serves as a Group Executive Director of the Company. He has serves on the boards of group companies Aveng Ltd and Aveng Trident Steel Holdings. Jubas HR career started in 1995 with Eskom as a group HR manager. In 1997, he was appointed HR director of Simba, and that role was expanded in 2004 to include the PepsiCo businesses in subSaharan Africa. In 2004, he was appointed to the board of ArcelorMittal as executive director, HR. He further served on the human resources and nomination committee, transformation committee, and safety, health and environmental committee of ArcelorMittal . since 2014.
