From 1991 till 2003, he worked as Partner at McKinsey Company. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1988 with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a BS degree in Management Science. In 1990, he obtained a MS degree in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds a Law degree from Universidad Nacional de Educacion a Distancia. since 2018.
