He is a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and as the former Vice President and President of Mercury Marine, Brunswicks largest operating division, Mr. Schwaberos roles have provided him with extensive knowledge of and experience with our businesses and industries, allowing him to communicate effectively about our operations and business strategy with the Board since 2016.
