Blackrock Enhanced Equity Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Blackrock Enhanced's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Blackrock Enhanced inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Blackrock.
