From 1987 to January 2007 Ms. Dorsa held various financial and operational positions at Merck Co., Inc., including Vice President and Treasurer, Executive Director of U.S. Customer Marketing and Executive Director of U.S. Pricing and Strategic Planning. Ms. Dorsa also serves as a director of Illumina, Inc., a life sciences company, and Intellia Therapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company, and as a Trustee of the Goldman Sachs ETF Trust, the Goldman Sachs MLP and Energy Renaissance Fund and the Goldman Sachs MLP Income Opportunities Fund, investment funds within the Goldman Sachs Asset Management fund complex. since 2010.
