Mr. Andy Coupe serves as Independent Director of Barramundi Ltd., since March 1, 2013. He has extensive commercial and capital markets experience having worked in a number of sectors within the financial markets over the last 30 years. Andy was formerly a consultant in investment banking at UBS New Zealand Limited, where his role principally encompassed equity capital markets and takeover transactions involving numerous initial public offerings and secondary market transactions. Andy is a director of Kingfish, Marlin Global, Coupe Consulting, Solid Energy and Gentrack Group. He is also Chairman of Farmright and Deputy Chairman of the New Zealand Takeovers Panel. Andys principal place of residence is Hamilton. since 2013.

Blackrock Insured Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Blackrock Insured's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Blackrock Insured inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Blackrock.
