Mr. Allan P. Merrill is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Beazer Homes USA Inc. He joined the Company in May 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and currently serves as the Company President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Merrill was previously with Move, Inc. where he served as Executive Vice President of Corporationrationrate Development and Strategy beginning in October 2001. From April 2000 to October 2001, Mr. Merrill was president of Homebuilder.com, a division of Move, Inc. Mr. Merrill joined Move, Inc. following a 13year tenure with the investment banking firm UBS, where he was a managing director and served most recently as cohead of the Global Resources Group, overseeing the construction and building materials, chemicals, forest products, mining and energy industry groups
Merrill is a member of the Executive Committee of the Policy Advisory Board of the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University and the Homebuilding Community Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School with a BS degree in Economics.
