Dr. Mahendra R. Gupta, Ph.D., is an Independent Director of the Company. He is currently the Geraldine J. and Robert L. Virgil Professor of Accounting and Management at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. From July 2005 through June 2016, he served as the Dean of Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. From 2003 to July 2005, he served as the Senior Associate Dean of the Olin School of Business. He has served on the Olin Business School faculty since 1990 and in 2004 was named the Geraldine J. and Robert L. Virgil Professor of Accounting and Management. Dr. Guptas research was published in leading academic journals, and he is a frequent speaker at research workshops and conferences worldwide. He also serves on the board of Supernova Companies LLC and was appointed a Trustee and Chair of the Audit Committee of Credit Suisse Funds since 2011.

Continental Leadership Team
