Mr. James T. Hardin is Corporationrationrate Vice President Sales and Field Operations of the company. He is the Corporationrationrate Vice President of Sales for CDK Global. Tim was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2012 after serving as Vice President of North American Sales since 2009. In his current role Tim leads a team of over 750 sales professionals in North America serving dealerships and Manufacturers that represent all of our segments. Tim was named to ADP Dealer Services prestigious Presidents Club 14 times which includes twice being named to the Presidents Club Board of Directors for highest performance in a given year. Under his direction ADPs ASP operations were the first to achieve SAS70 Level II compliance the South Region achieved Region of the Year and more recently he received the FY12 Presidents Challenge award for outstanding contribution to the success of the Division. Tim is a published coauthor of various articles on client service and sales. He was a mentor serving Women Unlimited a group that advocates the development of women executives in corporations for 15 years. In his spare time he is also a published script and songwriter. Tim is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University and received his MBA from the University of Central Arkansas.
