Moreover, he also served at various companies such as ENGEVIX as Consultant from November 2008 to April 2010 the Ministry of Planning Budget and Management as Specialized Consultant between January 2007 to December 2007 Centrais Eletricas do Norte do Brasil SA ELETRONORTE as Specialized Consultant from 2002 to 2004 and PETROBRAS as Specialized Consultant between October 2000 to April 2001, among others. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Para in 1973, gained a Bachelor in Law from the Centro Universitario de Brasilia in 2010 and a Master in Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in 1978. He also has specialization degree in Technical Design and Development Control Centers for Electric Systems from CERCI JeumontScheneider Grenoble gained in 1980. since 2012.
