Mr. Chris Villalobos is Vice President Oklahoma Wyoming Operations of Avalon Correctional Services Inc. He has more than 14 years of experience in the fields of Criminal Justice and Community Corrections. He has experience in security operations, case management, staff management, program development, and in both inpatient therapeutic and outpatient supervision programs. He currently has Vice Presidential responsibility of the company Oklahoma and Wyoming operations and was assigned to New Project Development for Avalons Central Office. In 2011 Mr. Villalobos was selected to the Oklahoma County Sheriffs Reserve Program as a certified law enforcement Deputy, where he serves enforcing Oklahomas laws by protecting and assisting the citizens of Oklahoma County. During his tenure with Avalon Correctional Services, Mr. Villalobos has served in numerous positions, including Chief of Security, Operations Manager, Assistant Administrator and Director of Community Placement while promoting through the ranks. Mr. Villalobos earned his degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Criminal Justice, where he competed in wrestling, earning NCAA AllAmerican honors. since 2011.
