Since 2003 when he joined Colgate Mr. Garcia has led ColgatePalmolive operations in Greater Asia growing sales and profits throughout those regions including Russia. His proven operating success at Colgate and other consumer goods companies in Latin America makes him ideally suited to lead Colgate critically important Latin America region. Mr. Garcia will also provide business leadership for the ColgatePalmolive expanded focus on sustainability in all aspects of its business. since 2012.
