Mr. W. Jennings Duncan is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of CNB Corporation and The Conway National Bank since 1988. Mr. Duncan has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company during each year since its founding in 1985 and the Bank during each year since 1984. Previously, Mr. Duncan has served the Company in the following capacities Executive Vice President, 19851988, and Assistant Vice President and Credit Officer, 19821985. Mr. Duncan is active in numerous community organizations. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Independent Banks of South Carolina a member of the Board of Directors of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce a member of the Board of Directors of the Coastal Educational Foundation, serving on the Investment Committee and the Finance Committee a member of the Horry County Schools Business Cabinet a member of the Conway High School Athletic Steering Committee and the Conway High All Sports Booster Club and is an Elder of Grace Presbyterian Church since 1988.
