Mr. Duncan has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company during each year since its founding in 1985 and the Bank during each year since 1984. Previously, Mr. Duncan has served the Company in the following capacities Executive Vice President, 19851988, and Assistant Vice President and Credit Officer, 19821985. Mr. Duncan is active in numerous community organizations.
