Mr. Aurelio Ricardo Bustilho de Oliveira serves as Chief Management and Planning and Control Officer, a Member of the Executive Board and a Member of the Board of Directors of Companhia Energetica do Ceara since June 2008. Prior to his, he acted as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. He joined the Endesa group in April 1999 as AdministrativeFinancial Manager of Centrais Eletricas Cachoeira Dourada SA. In 2000, he became Controller of the generation companies of Endesa group, and was also responsible for controlling CIENs construction project of the BrazilArgentina Interconnection, as well as the construction project of Endesa Fortalezas thermoelectric plant. In 2004, he became Planning, Control and Accountancy Officer of the generation companies of Endesa group in Brazil. He was Planning and Control Officer of Endesa Brasil since 2005. He gained a degree in Administration and Accounting from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro . since 2008.
