Mr. Cristian Eduardo Fierro Montes has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Companhia Energetica do Ceara since April 2007. He also served as Member of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from January 2003 to April 2007. He joined Chilectra a distributor of electric energy in Santiago de Chile in 1992 as Engineer Analyst and held various positions in the Directorate of Distribution including Head of Department of Engineering and Development of the Distribution System. In 1996 he was transferred to Edesur a distributor of electricity in southern Buenos Aires where he worked until 2000 performing the roles of Head of Investment Department Manager of Business Development and Marketing Manager. In June 2001 he assumed the post of Director of Projects for Enersis plc. In Enersis plc he was President of Coelce from January 2003 to April 2007. He has also served as President of Comprehensive Energy Services SA since May 17 2007. He graduated in Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Chile and obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Universidad Austral. since 2007.
