He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Electronics from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Chartered Engineer as well as a member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
