He is Authorized Person Hong Kong, Member of Hong Kong Institute of Architects and of Royal Institute of British Architects. The projects he designed can be found in Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, SouthEast Asia and Middle East, he has published a book called Building in China. since 2005.

Elected by the shareholders, the China Resources' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: China Resources inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of China.
