Prior to her joining the Company on 21 October 2011, she was an executive director of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited from June 2003 to October 2011, chairman of CR Cement from August 2008 to October 2011 and chief executive officer of CR Cement from September 2006 to August 2008. Madam Zhou has 30 years of experience in international trade and corporate management. She holds a Bachelors degree in wireless technology from the Tsinghua University, China in 1979 and she joined CRH in 1986. since 2016.

China Resources Power Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the China Resources' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: China Resources inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of China.
