Previously, Mr. Servodidio held several positions with the Company, including Managing Director, Europe, Executive Vice President for Franchise and Corporationrationrate Services, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Mr. Servodidio joined Avis in April 2001 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining Avis, Mr. Servodidio was with Kraft Foods, Inc. . Prior thereto, he served in various leadership roles at PepsiCo, Inc. since 2015.

AVIS BUDGET GROUP Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the AVIS BUDGET's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: AVIS BUDGET inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of AVIS. The board's role is to monitor AVIS BUDGET's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. AVIS BUDGET's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
