From Fonterra where she spent over 10 years in a number of high level innovation and new product development roles most recently in the position of Global Manager Innovation Anlene. In this role, Sharon was responsible for delivering innovation initiatives that would deliver significant value growth. Sharon also comes to us with relevant global market experience having been based in Malaysia for two and a half years, and also holding key positions within Fonterra that focused on the China, Asia, Europe and North American markets. Sharon is responsible for leveraging our brand into new product formats and ingredient platforms. since 2016.
