Ms. Angela K. Finlay is Chief Human Resource Officer, Executive Vice President of the company. She joined the Bank in October 2016 as SVP and Director of Human Resources of the Bank, and has over 20 years of experience leading Human Resources functions in small to Fortune Global 150 companies. In February 2018 she was promoted to EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer where she is responsible for the strategy and execution of the talent initiatives of the Bank. Prior to joining Dime, Ms. Finlay was the Director of Human Resource for Mitsui Co., Inc. where she was responsible for the strategy and execution of HR and Talent Management activities for the Americas region . Prior to Mitsui, Ms. Finlay spent almost 10 years in the public accounting and consulting industry leading Human Resources functions, including an HR consulting business. In addition, she also spent time as an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University teaching Human Resources courses. She currently holds various HR certifications, including SHRMSCP, SPHR and CCP. since 2018.

Dime Community Bancshares Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Dime Community's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Dime Community inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Dime. The board's role is to monitor Dime Community's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
