Mr. Kenneth J. Mahon is a President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Mahon was appointed President and CEO of both the Company and the Bank effective January 1, 2017. He joined the Bank in 1980, where he was a director of the Bank since 1998, and a director of the Company since 2002. Mr. Mahon served as the Banks Senior Vice President and Comptroller, prior to being elevated to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Bank in 1997. He has also served as Senior Executive Vice President and COO from February 2014 to January 2016, before being elevated to President. Mr. Mahon was elected to serve on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York beginning January 1, 2017. He also serves as a board member of Brooklyn Legal Services Corporation A, a nonprofit which provides legal services for low income families in Brooklyn. Mr. Mahon is a member of the Financial Managers Society, the National Investor Relations Institute and the National Association of Corporationrationrate Directors. since 2017.
