Mr. Robert S. Volino is a Chief Operating Officer, Senior Executive Vice President of the Company, effective January 1, 2017. He was with the Bank since 1999, and has over 23 years of experience with banking or related financial institutions. Mr. Volino began his career with the Bank as a securities portfolio analyst, and received several promotions prior to being named Vice President and Treasurer of the Bank in 2007. He was subsequently promoted to First Vice President and Treasurer of the Bank in 2009, to EVP and Chief Investment Officer of the Bank in 2014 and the Holding Company in 2015, and to his current title of SEVP and COO of the Bank and the Holding Company in 2017 since 2017.

Dime Community Bancshares Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Dime Community's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Dime Community inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Dime. The board's role is to monitor Dime Community's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
