Mr. Jim L. Turner is Independent NonExecutive Chairman of the Board of the Company. He has served as the NonExecutive Chairman of the Board since August 2015. He serves as Principal of JLT Beverages L.P., a position he has held since 1996, and, since January 2015, has served as the OwnerCEO of JLT Automotive Inc., a group of new automobile dealerships. Prior, Mr. Turner served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dr PepperSeven Up Bottling Group, Inc. from its formation in 1999 through June 2005 when he sold his interest in that company. Prior to that, Mr. Turner served as OwnerChairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Turner Beverage Group, the largest privatelyowned independent bottler in the United States. Mr. Turner was a member of the Board of Directors of The Morningstar Group Inc. prior to our acquisition of that company in November 1997 since 2015.

Turner has served on the Board of Trustees of Baylor Scott & White Holdings, the largest notforprofit healthcare system in the State of Texas, since September 2013 and has served as its Chair since July 2015. He also serves as Chair of its Executive Committee. Mr. Turner also serves on the Boards of Directors of Crown Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of consumer packaging products, where he serves on the Governance and Compensation Committees; Comstock Resources, Inc., an energy company engaged in oil and gas exploration and development, where he serves as lead Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee; and INSURICA, a full service insurance agency. In addition, Mr. Turner is a member of the Texas Rangers Baseball Club ownership group.
