Mr. Bilen Boke serves as Member of the Executive Board and Financial Affairs Group President and Board Member of Dogan Gazetecilik AS. He is also Member of the Risk Committee of the Company. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Ankara Universitesi with a Bachelors degree in Economics in 1985. After his graduation, he began his career in the Ministry of Finance as Assistant Certified Public Accountant, and became Certified Public Accountant in 1988. In 1994, he received his MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. In 1996, he worked in the European Union and Foreign Relations Department of the Ministry of Finance as Vice President, and in 1997, he served in the Ministry of Transport and Communications as Vice General Manager of Communications. In 1998, Mr. Boke joined Anadolu Endustri Holding as Assistant Coordinator of Financial Affairs, and later worked as Finance Manager of Anadolu Honda Otomobilcilik A.S. between 1999 and 2000. He acted as Financial Affairs Group President and Executive Committee Member of Milliyet Gazetecilik from October 2000 until his current appointment in the Company.
