In addition, Dr. Fabozzi joined as a member of the boards of the funds in the EquityLiquidity Complex, effective April 1, 2014. Moreover, Dr. Fabozzis knowledge of financial and accounting matters qualifies him to serve as a member of each Funds Audit Committee. Dr. Fabozzis independence from the Funds and the Funds investment advisor enhances his service as Chair of the Performance Oversight Committee and as a member of the Governance Committee and Leverage Committee.
