Mr. Charles G. Berg is Director of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. Mr. Berg was one of our directors since March 2007, and from November 2016 until December 2017, also served as executive chair of our integrated healthcare business, DaVita Medical Group . On March 25, 2019, Mr. Berg joined the board of directors of TurnKey Health, an Enclara Healthcare company, serving health plans, provider organizations and their members who experience a serious or advanced illness. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Berg served as executive chairman of WellCare Health Plans, Inc., a provider of managed care services for governmentsponsored healthcare programs. Mr. Berg served as nonexecutive chairman of the board of directors of WellCare from January 2011 until his retirement in May 2013. From January 2007 to April 2009, Mr. Berg was a senior advisor to Welsh, Carson, Anderson Stowe, a private equity firm. From April 1998 to July 2004, Mr. Berg held various executive positions, including executive vice presidentmedical delivery, president and chief operating officer with Oxford Health Plans, Inc., a health benefit plan provider. He was the chief executive officer when Oxford was acquired by UnitedHealth Group. He then became an executive of UnitedHealth Group and was primarily responsible for integrating the Oxford business. Mr. Berg currently serves as a member of the Operating Council Senior Advisory Board of Consonance Capital Partners, a private equity firm, and the board of directors of Justworks, Inc., a private human resources and payment company. Mr. Berg is an experienced business leader with significant experience in the healthcare industry and brings an understanding of the operational, financial and regulatory aspects of our industry and business. since 2016.
