Mr. Simon Patterson is Director of the Company. He was a member of the board of directors of Dell Technologies since the closing of Dell Inc.s goingprivate transaction in October 2013. Mr. Patterson is a Managing Director of Silver Lake Partners, a global private equity firm, which he joined in 2005. Mr. Patterson previously worked at Global Freight Exchange Limited, a logistics software company acquired by Descartes Systems Group, the Financial Times, and McKinsey Company, a global management consulting firm. Mr. Patterson serves on the board of directors of Tesco plc, a multinational grocery and general merchandise retailer. He also serves on the boards of trustees of the Natural History Museum in London and The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry. Previously, he served on the boards of directors of Intelsat S.A., a provider of integrated satellite solutions and N Brown Group plc, a digital fashion retailer.
